The Great Wall

The "must see" is of course the great wall, and it is as impressive as you imagine it and as hard to climb...it would be better to visit it in a different season of the year (for people not linked to school vacation). The walk on the wall and the jet lag hit me I spent the afternoon sleeping, I can't shake of the jet lag. Our guide Ani thought one or two things about China, and it was more to learn in the half sentences...she was knowledgeable and really the result of her time: chairman Mao made few mistakes but did a lot for China, the real father of modern china is Chiang Kai Sheck and from 1980 it is all different. Married couples use to want: a sewing machine, a bike and a watch, now they want an apt, a car and a diamond. That's pretty much summarize it.
